Work Weekends

Want to be involved? Contact us here.

Twice a year Camp Kahquah hosts work weekends – one in the spring to prepare for the summer season and one in the fall to get the camp ready for winter. Camp Kahquah has a long history of volunteers who jump in and help get our facilities and grounds prepared for the seasons ahead.  Tasks include preparing the waterfront for summer camp, putting the docks out, grounds clean up, wood splitting, cabin cleaning, and building projects. This is certainly a ‘many hands make light work’ sort of experience (well, many hands make faster work anyways). Join the team and help camp prepare for these seasons.
